Bogdan Ciubotaru

Associate Bogdan Ciubotaru specializes in civil and commercial law, as well as coordinates the firm's online pro bono activities.

Bogdan is a graduate of “Al. I. Cuza” University, Department of Law, Iasi, Romania (1995) and holds an LL.M. degree from University of Minnesota Law School, Minneapolis, USA (2000)

Alexander Tuceac

Associate Alexander Tuceac specializes in civil, commercial, advertising, administrative, data protection and immigration law. He has joined the firm in 2009, after obtaining his LL.M. degree at the Odessa National Law Academy in Ukraine, Faculty of Civil and Economic Justice. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the same university.

Alexander is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree at the Moscow State University, Finance Law Faculty.

Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian.

 

Olga Saveliev

Associate Olga Saveliev has joined the firm in early 2010. She acted for various parties in a large variety of civil, commercial, shareholder, non-discrimination, property, administrative, employment, copyright, trademark infringement, real estate and other disputes. She also specializes in commercial and IP law, and is a certified Intellectual Property Counsel. Olga also does corporate advisory and transactional work. She received special training in human rights law at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg (2013). Olga lectured on trademark protection and other legal issues to various business groups in Moldova.

Fluent in English, Romanian, and Russian.

  

Vladimir Palamarciuc

Associate Vladimir Palamarciuc is with the firm since 2011. He specializes in civil and commercial law, public procurement, litigation and insolvency proceedings.

Vladimir also serves as member of the Board of the Young Lawyers Association under the Moldovan Bar and was the first president of the organization (2012-2016). Vladimir is constantly involved in legal profession reforms, such as the restatement of the Professional Code of Ethics of Advocates (2015-2016). Vladimir was commissioned by the Moldovan Ministry of Justice to conduct a research study on admission to the Moldovan Bar and formulate reform recommendations (2014). In 2013 Vladimir has interned with the State Bar of New Mexico (Albuquerque, NM) under the Professional Fellows Program of the U.S. Department of State.

Since 2015 Vladimir serves as national expert (Info Point) for the Council of Europe Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals Program (HELP) and is HELP certified trainer for on-line courses. He obtained his LL.M and Bachelor of Laws degrees and since 2013 is Lecturer of Civil Law at the Moldovan State University, Faculty Law.

Certified in Insolvency Administration. Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian.
